DEBORAH KING, AICI CIP, CPC, CPECP
Deborah is President of Final Touch Finishing School – the premier finishing school in the United States - which she founded in Seattle, Washington in 1989. Her passion is to equip people from all walks of life with the necessary skills to move confidently from the informal to the formal with ease and grace. She teaches how to evaluate each social and business circumstance, as well as how to respond with appropriate poise and manners based on a variety of cultural considerations. Deborah has over 35 years of experience in the civility, etiquette, and image industry.She is a certified professional coach and one of only 124 certified image professionals internationally. In 2010 she co-founded Global Protocol, Etiquette & Civility Academy in Dallas, Texas, and in 2012 she launched Etiquette and Lifestyle: Discovering and Exploring Savior Faire magazine.
Deborah serves as a board member for the Image Consultants' Society International (ICSI) serving the Indian Sub-Continent and Middle East; as a Founding Director for the Institute of Image Training and Testing International (IITTI); and as a Founding Member for the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) Civility Counts Project.
Deborah is a published author on civility and etiquette. In addition to her Civility Chat blog she writes a monthly column for Wise Familyin North Texas and is a co-author for Image Power,Executive Etiquette Power, and The Power of Civility. Her Etiquette and Portion Plate and book are included in the Johns Hopkins Civility Archives, and her Etiquette Flash Cards won the Gold Mom’s Choice Award.
Deborah serves as a reliable resource to the media and travels extensively both domestically and internationally, teaching her principles of etiquette and poise to individuals aged five to seventy-five. She has presented programs for public and private schools, churches, associations, and a host of companies.

Linda Savage
Linda Savage is a certified instructor through Final Touch Finishing School and is leading the youth programs in Seattle, Washington. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine, with a focus on special needs children. Since 1976 Linda has been involved with public and private education and continues to serve as a substitute teacher for K-12th grade. She certainly is no stranger to the classroom. As a former representative of one of the top three cosmetic companies in the world, Linda is well equipped to share her vast knowledge of skin care and cosmetics with her students. Linda and her husband, Dan, a Naval flight officer, have enjoyed diverse cultures and environments as they moved across the United States and around the world. They chose to settle in Snohomish, Washington, where they raised their daughter and are now enjoying the teen years with their son. Linda, Dan, and their son are intimately involved with the Boy Scouts of America. |

Toby Parsons
Toby Parsons is the founder of It’s Your Image, serves as an associate instructor for the highly-acclaimed, industry leader, Final Touch Finishing School and is co-author of, Social Savvy, a personal image book. She is a member of the Association of Image Consultants International, Koinonia Business Women’s Association, Lacey Chamber of Commerce and Toastmasters. Toby is a certified wardrobe consultant and has earned a certification in Fashion Retail and Marketing.
Toby creates confidence, credibility and polish through transformational wardrobe, color and image consultations. She works with business and professional women in the northwest to help them shine at home and lead in the workplace. Her clients rely on her keen eye for detail and perceptive ability to create a unique wardrobe that reflects the client’s personal clothing style and lifestyle. Her unsurpassed commitment to them is Toby’s hallmark.
One of Toby’s highest passions is to inspire, educate and improve the lives of women and children. She holds the mission of Final Touch Finishing School in high esteem. Equipping her clients and students with necessary wardrobe, organization, etiquette and social skills provides life long benefit in their personal and professional lives.
The mother of three, Toby, lives in Hoodsport, Washington, with her husband and youngest daughter. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, community music performances, quilting and swing dancing. |

Monica Brandner
Monica is President of IMAGE by M. Brandner serving both Juneau, Alaska and Spokane, Washington. She is a certified instructor through Final Touch Finishing School, Inc., and a member of the Association of Image Consultants International and Toastmasters. As Mrs. Alaska 1998, Monica spent her year speaking to youth. Wearing pageant shoes taught her that life is full of opportunities, and social skills are the keys to opening doors. It is now a passion for Monica to teach these skills to children and youth so that they can open their own doors of opportunities. Some of her clients include: District 81 in Spokane, Washington and Tlingit and Haida Central Council. She has been featured in the Juneau Empire and the Spokesman Review, as well as special guest on KJNO Radio and KXLY - TV. Along with owning her own business, Monica works for Alaska/Horizon Airlines and provides business etiquette training to their customer service team. She believes that teaching kindness and respect is not limited to the classroom, but must be a lifestyle that demonstrates those principles for others to see. She is married to her husband Steve, and has two adult daughters. |

Keitha Story-Stephenson
Keitha Story-Stephenson is an associate and instructor with Final Touch Finishing School. Her background includes over thirty years of teaching and administrative experience. She has conducted motivational seminars, lectures and instructional training throughout the country. Keitha has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and holds a Master’s Degree in Religious Education with a focus in Counseling with Adolescents and Adults. Her teaching and counseling experience brings a compassion and insight into her program development and presentation. She is currently completing her Ph.D. in nutrition. Having served as the Co-Chair for the Family-Community-Leadership Council, sponsored by the Kellogg Foundation, Keitha has a varied and multi- level expertise in development of corporate programming. Her hands-on approach to interactive teaching is enhanced by wit and insight into understandable and easily adaptive learning. |

Lori Goddard
Lori Goddard-Weed is a certified instructor through Final Touch Finishing School and serves the Puget Sound area of Seattle, Wa. Lori earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University. Her emphasis was Fashion Merchandising and Business Administration. She was very active in the Greek System and held the position of “Standards Chairman” for her Sorority and represented OSU Panhellenic as a Rush Counselor. While attending OSU, Lori worked in the Fashion Industry for a boutique, modeled and was the General Coordinator for OSU’s Spring Fashion Show for “Mom’s” Weekend. She was also honored as 1st Runner-up for “Miss OSU”.
In 1986 Lori was recruited from OSU with The Bon Marche’ (now known as Macy’s) for their Executive Training Program. After 12 yrs with The Bon Marche’, she redirected her energies and talents to stay home and raise her children.
Lori stays involved with Fashion and Image as she models print and runway and has also been featured in television commercials. She has been a beauty consultant for the past 15 years with a top cosmetic company. She enjoys being involved with civic duties as a volunteer for The YMCA to help raise money for the future of America’s Children and in the public school system in her home town.
Lori resides in Snohomish, Washington, with her husband and four boys. She is inspired by the philosophy of Final Touch Finishing School and is passionate about teaching adults and children how etiquette is much more than “please and thank-you”. It’s about finding your inner confidence and having dignity with poise and grace while being kind and respectful. |
